Besides, a complete set of manufacturing equipment, we are also supplemented by physics-chemistry measurement and analysis laboratory and perfect examining methods. In order to reach lowest aerometry and impurity in the melted steel, Electrode Arc Furnace (Intermediate frequency electric furnace) and rare earth fining are used. Adopting the advanced expendable pattern casting technology (Lost Foam Casting), we apply automatic reverberatory furnace of large-tonnage to artificial aging. After a shot blasting by a trolley machine, the products show its metallic luster completely, especially the yoke which can be used directly without cleaning. With this green technology, it can save time, energy and cost for customer. High precision and good quality is guaranteed by applying two-side modular mill to manufacture.
Adopting the advanced technology and equipment, we guarante that anode yoke has precise dimension, smooth exterior, compact structure without trachoma, entrapped slag, crack, blowhole or shrinks. Its exempting from cleaning, safety and high efficiency gains a good reputation from our customers. We can control the chemical composition according to the standard of our company, that is ,sulfur content less than 0.03%, phosphorus content less than 0.035% and detrimental element less than 0.7%, which is stricter than the national standard.
